Happy Thought of the Day #157

A friend at work - Erica R - has been off/on saying that I look like I've been losing weight. Part of me thinks she's being nice, and part of me kind of believes her. Another friend at work today - Pam G - made a point to say she thought I looked like I lost weight as well which surprised me since I still don't see it. I explained that it wasn't that I don't believe them, but I personally didn't notice a difference. But since I've changed my diet and have been eating better, I have felt better... so maybe that's it? In any case, their sweet words made me feel loved. (Thanks, ladies!) #happymaking #spreadlove
